4) Or Alternatively have a Central Education Service where teachers would be enrolled and trained through best technology at a subsidized cost. We can train them for 2-3 year and make 2-3 year compulsory service in a Govt School for obtaining this degree. These teachers should be paid market salaries.

sir, i have studied in private school till 5 then i joined govt college,i saw the difference which i never expect like: in pvt schools teachers are very strict to come class daily while in govt. teacher punished us to make him teaching in class.The standard of knowledge were worst,they cant tell things in hindi as well, i am very ashamed to be the alumni of government school and trying to suggest you so that our future generation can proudly says they have studied in INDIA...

3) Making Teacher Recruitment Process a Central Subject with very limited state involvement as currently it is prone to mis-management when a weak or corrupt state govt is in power

sir ... govt schools are just a symbol...govt teachers have permanent job since 30 yrs so they dont need to be updated with latest technologies and study materiel ,they will teach you what they have studied in their schools means what was in trends 50 years ago...so why we recruiting govt teachers.we all know colleges like DPS,St Francis,St Xaviers doing really well so i suggest govt should launch joint ventures with these schools and should stop wasting money on govt schools.

2) Develop E-Learning modules for CBSE/ ICSE curriculams and ensure that we are imparting teaching using technology. Our teachers need to be trained to teach through use of technology

Teaching as a profession should again gain respect which it had in the Vedic era. Some suggestion: 1) Have 4-5 centres of excellences for 1000 teachers each for training best performing teachers in Inda in which best teachers from every district nominated by head master (along with a due academic process in which a written test, interview, mock classes is assessed). This should be state funded with a condition that the candidates should necessarily work in Govt school for 5 years.

I want give point of view on Higher education, mentioned in below point 1. We have to increase our strength in Higher education like Master and Doctor . 2. Research work in College should be focused on practical usage instead of theoretical paper publishing. 3. Government should make attractive program to attract people for research work. 4. In my opinion education till Graduation level be made free for all needy students but in all competitive exams admissions under quota system or low percentage system be abolished as India needs intelligence at upper level to make it shine in world.....

Indian education system require radical changes to match current global setup. Since long our focus is on granting degrees, diploma and certificates rather than understanding the subject matter. The increasing gap between industry requirement and prevailing education standard is area of concern and needs to be addressed. We must start with skills development from 8th Standard on-wards with emphasis on Life & Soft skills and employability skills. It should start with initial assessment first.

Technical education and scientific approach can develop our students . In New education policy,we can apply application and understanding based education.
