while looking towards the new education polcy. we have to focus on the primary education specially on the govt schools which provides education to the poors backwards etc. all the talented teachers are presents in the govt schools ;they came to service on self merit . give them opportunity to show the talent.put some part of education, teacher oriented.lets give chance to them 'only teach' not other work other than school.

Higher Educn(HE) institutes shd be handled entirely by Center with the provision of all facilities.Appointments of teachers (no permanent app.) shd be through HE Commission. Every one shd get the chance to pursue HE. Constant transparent fd back from students, teachers &parents need to be addressed by the Govt. Only dedicated& accountable researcher cum-teachers shd continue in the job.VC & Registrar must be real academicians.They shd also teach & publish pprs.Stdnts indisciplin shd'nt be there.

Rail Route from Bhavnagar City to Ahmedabad/Vadodara City: Thousands of people are commuting to Ahmedabad and Vadodara from the Bhavnagar District. Yet, there is no frequency of trains from Bhavnagar Junction, Gujarat. There should be at least two Intercity trains from Bhavnagar city to Central Gujarat. By Introducing the trains people will not be paying huge amount of fares to private travels. Indian Railway will also get a fair amount of profit from the same.

We should make Good Quality Faculties available to even the remotest area of the country ........ and this is quite possible with use of Technology .........

New Education policy should provide stress on creating ecellence centers instead of coming out with new institutions. If we have to put up our nation in the global ranking of univs, I think the approach needs to be changed from creating large number of educational institutes to the area of creating zonal ecellence centers. Higher level of research and major innovative breakthroughs can come up through great institutions.

Skewed access because quality schools in regional areas dont exist, parents don't want to send their daughters out alone so women miss out on quality education. E-Learning, long distance education will greatly help.

In addition to Dheeraj's view, some more points to add: 1: Teach students about environment practically and how they impact them (includes geography, science, biology) 2: Only 10% of Graduation level course is needed in industries. More private players are teaching students to meet industry requirements. 3: Refine Graduation level course to be more align with industries rather than giving generalized knowledge. 4: In 1st year B.Tech, 11th & 12th standard courses are repeated which is not needed.

Provide with low interest rates (if possible interest free) no mortgage/collateral security Education loans up to 10 Lakhs or higher to pursue Higher Education in India..... Recently chain snatching and robbing have increased in our country and its a heart hitting fact, if you read police F.I.Rs and investigation and criminal records you'll be surprised to find that about 80-85% of such crimes are being committed by B-Tech Engineers rather than uneducated criminals. Dis is due to lack of finance

we should more emphasize on practical study rather than only theoretical studies.grading system should be 50%-50%for practicals and theory.which is not the case in our country
