As there are more traffic junction which are heavily polluted. Think of a banyan tree at every traffic corners of roads. Banyan tree also called bodhi vriksha is the most co2 absorbent and also high Oxygen expeller. Through this project we can reduce the green house gases. Of course it is a long vision project of minimum 10 years but it is a project for healthy india too.

The concerned department(state) should be more focussed on planting trees. They are focussing on other state developments like housing highway roads etc but Planting is much more important. The Department can plant trees o. Both sides of the roads, rather than making cemented divider there should be trees on the dividers. When we cover all highways and roads with this concept I promise then we can say GREEN INDIA

i cound not undestand why indians are unable to build most skyscrapers.still many officials are unable to undestand the modern revolutionary technology many countries are adapting instead of heaving 10 houses side by side and chopping 10 trees why cant they have 10 houses as a sky scraper mounting solar panels and adapting green technology effectively solves old aged sky scraper problems ,as a result land utility rate increases more people get accommodated infrastructure as well as life style

We need to come up with sustainable solutions, eg- so many big real estate projects if they can segregate the waste at their level it will be easier for municipality to manage waste, Water management system-Rain water harvesting, reusing water for washroom flush and gardening,Solar energy for lightening the society, these solutions makes a society self sustain for a long time , focus should be to utilize non-renewable resources.

Every citizens should take the onus to keep their environment clean,if we keep on pressurizing our environment it will definitely respond back badly.I see educated people throwing garbage out of train on rads, etc. I have mad a habbit that I will tell them not to do so and make them realize that they are doing wrong. Sometimes I hear weird answers from these people-"Hamare ekele se karne se hota hai kya",no dist-bin,just sorry. So the feel of keeping city clean is lacking.

As part of swatch Bharath source segregation of waste is neither being advocated nor promoted for practice. This action is crucial for success of either swatch Bharath or smart city programmes.
