The Prime Minister shared a visionary approach to transform the development journey of our villages in the form of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The initiative calls upon MPs to select a village in their constituency and make it a Model Village by 2016. Furthermore, the number of model villages should increase as time progresses so that in a decade a large number of villages become Model Villages across India.

The rationale behind a landmark idea such as this is clear- India lives in the villages and India will only progress when our villages progress. Development of villages can happen best when everybody walks shoulder to shoulder and contributes towards the comprehensive development of the village. And who better than the local Members of Parliament to drive this change!

This specially created forum on MyGov invites out of the box ideas on how the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana can become the driving force in bringing a qualitative difference in our villages. Lets make the development of our villages a grand mass movement and together create a golden future for rural India.

25. There should be a performance report chart for every sarpanch of village. 26. There should be paperless Government departments but there should be option for manual working also for the villagers. 27. Solar Power Plants can be made for villages. 28. Dung plants can be made for the villages. 29. There should be information centre in the common area of the village . 30. There can be one Entry gate and Exit gate for the safety purpose of the village.

19. Provide loans to villagers for establishment of their own small scale industries. 20. Make availibility of Transport Vehicles for villagers. 21. We should focus on Agriculture ,its ways,pesticides and other medicines for good crops in villages. 22. Make a hospital in every village for villagers. 23. Make veternary hospital for every three villages . 24. There should be suggestion box and complaint box at the common area of the village.

15. Make Bus stoppage for every village. 16. Connect all villages via Train or Metro Trains. 17. Make Job vacancy charts for every village with no reservation except 5% of Handicapt people. 18. Pension shall be applicable for 50 years people and above.

1. There should be availability of Water,Electricity and shiver line (Laterine drainage) in every village. 2. Make a school for children upto 10 + 2 with streams of Arts,Commerce,Medical and Non-Medical. 3. Make college for every three villages for Graduation and post-graduation in all streams. 4. Establish industries to provide employment (jobs) to local people of village. 5. Provide insurance to every family of village. 6. Provide zero balance bank account to every villager.

my suggestion is that an interior underdeveloped village should be considered and development should be done in such a way that, no slums remains, effective ways of harnessing energy like solar energy and wind energy should be incorporated. excellent roads,sanitation drainages, hospitals schools and finally cleanliness through out the village. At the same time encouragement for villagers by motivating them to start their own business like food processing, handicrafts to be promoted online.

I have made a suggestion (self a retired banker) in my previous 3 posts that towards eradicating corruption i) 2 or 3 staff in each STATE/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS will be identified after checking their credentials for impeccable integerity. ii) they will serve as vigilant wing iii) their names will be kept absolute secret iv) they will report to the government authorised persons (either within or outside government) and report corrupt staff. This will instill fear in all govt.depts.
