Can you please read this article about how Sodexo , a multi-national is making money? I am sure there are better ways of handling this, we don't really need a multi-national company to handle this for us - http://fredrickbraiman.blogspot.in/2012/01/sodexhohow-they-make-money.html

even after 9 months, central ministries have not moved from paper (file) governance to e-governance. this is because Secy/AS/JS appointed during congress rule, dont want their powers of discretion/interpretation/relaxation and bribery reduced. Modiji lost Delhi elections due to neglect of bribery by govt employees which every citizen face in daily life.why retire-age of employees not reduced to 58 to get rid of non-performing babus in central ministries.why in poor country, 5 day week allowed.

Make people as well as dept. staff aware that Govt. is providing numerous services online. Last summer when I went to pay electricity bill in the local office in Bhubaneswar, Odisha staff there were unaware about the system of paying electricity bills online, odishaonline.gov.in. They said no system of paying bills online exists here, it must be there in Maharashtra or Delhi. I was shocked. So, make various dept. staff aware of the service their dept. is offering.
