sir in the coming budget encourage plastic money like debt card /rupay card utilization in payment to nearest grocery shop of everyday needs by this way fake money/black money generation will comedown and tax collection will go up. give some tax concession to these cards users/point of sale terminals which will have a tremendous effect on the economy.

It takes years before people get the Aadhaar Cards after enrollment. It could be arranged to print and deliver the Aadhaar Cards at the enrollment center itself ,immediately after fingerprints etc are taken.The persons/ companies doing the enrollments may be provided with presigned aadhaar card blanks . Those whose earlier enrollments were rejected due to error should be contacted and re enrolled in special centers. If there is the will there is the way.
