Outsource traffic system on PPP model. Invite bids for installation of CCTVs camera on red-lights with 24x7 customer care. Monitor online traffic violations, movements, faults & send the e-challan with image proof at registered address of defaulter with online payment option. If fails to submit in time, the challan A/m multiplies. If challenged, for innocence challan be exempted but for fault it increases by Rs. 500 for wasting court time. Company may charge 10% on each challan deposited.

Stop on-the-spot payment of traffic violation challan. Traffic cops can note registered address through original RC, Insurance or other documentary proofs & should send challan at residence address only with option of online payment within 15 days of receipt of the notice. In case owner fails to pay challan in 15 days, the challan amount gets multiplies every fortnight & after 3 months a jail of 6 months and penalty. It will help reducing the bribe system in traffic to some extent.

hello sir, my advice is to do tendering systems online so anyone can see in how many rupees tendering items is being bought in front of their m.r.p and this all can we can see on only one site . so we can see howmany rupees corruption occured in buying of items. in industrial training institutes i had seen that sir one steel rule of m.r.p. 25 had been bought in 50rs. and m.r.p. had been unseen by marker pen that is about only one steel rule .you can see where is govt. moneys are wasted thank u.

Common Service Centers will be the backbone of India if e-Governance has to be provided at door step of the common citizens. GoI must take this initiative to the next level.

A lot of e-Governance projects are running across the country. Better if DeitY creates at central level and then distribute the same to State. State may customize it as per their state laws. It will definitely reduce a lot of cost of system development.

HINDI WEB DEVELOPMENT. Why? 1-It will help in making masses literate, informed & connected. 2- It is not included in digital India(although this should be at its heart). 3- most necessary for the success of digital India mission. 4- It will cut down unnecessary expenditure. 5- It will expand & consolidate digital economy of the country and millions of direct & indirect jobs will be created. (it's easy & effective to develop IT according to the people instead of making people IT literate).
