Every Grampanchayat should have computer with internet and projector. MPs/MLAs/ministers/secretaries should communicate with people periodically with villagers in there mother tongue. This whole conversation should be displayed on projector real-time. Idea is called "Big Block of Cheese Day" in US. This will start communication and awareness.

In view to make digitalisation 1. Make websites for online payment for all govt work like taxes, govt application, firms. So we will have less work and manpower at govt office and chances of corruption will be zero. 2. Almost all job person do not pay whole tax by showing wring bill of travel, medical etc. Every industry should give flat salary. Stop giving salary on the name of various allowances, that encourages more tax theft.

According to me we have to work on village :) make a Digital Village
