The specially abled person should be given some engagement in teaching sector. His services may be utilised by talking to him on a topic of his choice. He will feel engaged and happy.

My own nephew is a specially abled boy. He met with an accident and his spinal cord was broken. We take care of him for last five years.He is happy with our care. There should be some work alloted to them and remuneration paid depending on their capability.

To bring them into the mainstream, I think we have to set up more orderly special schools for these children with teachers who have actually specialized for teaching these children. These special schools must make sure that absolutely essential subjects which are required to live a decent life like life skills and cooking are looked into. After all, schools must give wholesome education so that us students survive in the outside world.

अादरणीय महाेदय विकलांग व्यक्तियों की सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक सुरक्षा कॆ लिए सभी विकलांग व्यक्तियों काे स्वराेजगार अथवा उनकी याेग्यता एवं क्षमता के अनुरुप निजी एवं सार्वजनिक क्षे़त्रॊ में नियाेजित किए जाने जरुरत है तथा नियाेजित किए जाने तक सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक सुरक्षा कॆ तहत 40% या अधिक विकलांगता से ग्रसित लाेगाें काे 2500 रुपये प्रति माह एवं बहुविकलांगता से ग्रसित लाेगाें काे 3000 रुपये प्रति माह जबकि मानसिक रुप से मंदित लाेगाें काे 3500 रुपये प्र मा की पेन्शन पूरे देश में एक सामान रुप से दिए जाएं।
