A country is best judged in the way it looks after its most vulnerable members. The support for differently abled people could be better, if there is a clear strategy to optimise their potential and ability to integrate with the mainstream of the society. A good proportion of differently abled people could be trained to become self dependent if we can match their potential to job opportunities and train them. Support, guidance and appropriate support (including short breaks) enable better care

There are lot of provision in rules & guidelines of Govt of India and also those of almost all govt undertakings and other organisation. only thing we need to execute these. As such if present govt remove execution paralysis for these rules and guidelines in true spirit. We can change the attitude towards differently abled persons properly. No need of further large scale framing of new guidelines. Attention should be on execution. Regards.

Differently abled can lead a normal life if our footpaths are made better. Special trained traffic police or volunteers wearing different jackets to support them on these footpaths can be on duty ,specially near the hospitals and schools. Infrastructure and training the officials regarding their needs and the language to be used is very important . They should be soft spoken and sensitive. To begin with , some roads and footpaths around a few govt Hospital can redesigned.

Respected modi ji, Daily we seen in newspaper or news channel rape case, crime cases,So most of the crime cases related to sex in relations and nebours, ect ect,As like other country like china, bankok ect ect people make sex in mutual understanding, and hotel have charge 1,2,3 hour charge for them,so if person want sex in india he will have to do crime like rape kidnapping, bcz no way and rich people go to bankok and enjoy sex,so think about the genuine problem.

First of all, our present public infrastructure such as , trains, buses, crossing roads, temples etc are not designed for a disabled person. A person with a wheel chair must be able to use our roads, trains, buses. |Senior citizens having joint pains, can not cross our busy roads. Let us think of a workable solution for this problem. Unfortunately, our temples also have more steps and unsuitable for these people. I suggest that suitable ramps must be available in all temples.

Resp sir, When our aeroplane hijacked by terrorist group then we know what price we have to pay, for that we can do is we should put one technology by that one emergency button of gas that can release to sedate everybody in the plane whnever any hint that get that aeroplane is hijacked then pilots in cockpit can hit that button. And the pilot can manage for safe landings at safer place.
