Smart City - Lucknow
Lucknow is a heritage city and was well known as a city of ‘Tehzib’ and hospitality globally, however in last few years Lucknow has lost its popularity and dignity. The major cause of this is that most of the educated and cultured people are moving out of Lucknow and relocating to more advanced cities in conjunction people from suburbs and adjoining cities have started moving in Lucknow.
Please find the attached suggestions and recommendations.

We should realize the importance of clean drinking water. Water is being misused as it is not being metered and controlled, smart city should have smart meters installed wherein we can stop the misuse of this resource. One should realize/take corrective measures post looking at grim situations of Delhi & Mumbai.

In parallel of the vision of smart city population control is required with restrict and secular rule in national interest otherwise this smart vision also will collapses under the pressure of large population.
This can not be achieved by awareness only but strict rule and punishment provision should be,and non follower should not be allowed to use any public, govt facility and subsidy.

Why not make our city a pollution free, traffic controlled, & green heaven to live.
Solar energy should be used for electricity production so as to reduce depletion of natural resources.
A drastic need for public toilets is felt so care should be taken in this context.
