we can not force to everyone to change their mentality which they adopted by generations. but if we able to give good education , security and respect to every educated girls family then we can able to change the discrimination against girls. we can motivate to every family members if we and government also give more opportunities to girls and level of education must be improve.

सबसे पहले बात ऐसी बच्चियों की जो पहली-पहली बार स्कूल जाती हैं...और उन पर तथाकथित भेड़ियों की नजर रहती है...ऐसी बच्चियों को बचाने के लिए शुरुआती कक्षाओं में बहुत सतर्कता की आवश्यकता है। ऐसी क्षाओं में महिलाकर्मियों की ही नियुक्ति हो। इसके अलावे अगर कोई गार्ड रखने की जरुरत हो तो...उसके योग्यता ज्यादा अनुभव पर ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए

To stop sexual harassment on girl child, govt can Send a single constable to each and every school ,tell principal to make a temporary COMPLAINT BOX..Girls can put names of culprit clerks or teachers names in box in absence of all staff. Constable can submit box to BEO OFFICER directly. so that he can suspend them. that's a small step but effective i think to stop sexual harassment in schools.

When there will be no room for dowry, there will be no girl infanticide and dowry deaths. 2ly, Make the girls education totally free and make arrangements for free secured transportation to & from school for them. Make some schools exclusively for girls in every block or tehsil. Give some incentive to the girl students. Waive off the fee for the girls of poor families for applying to the jobs. Let marriages be held under govt arrangements without any extravaganza to avoid show off & false honor

Girls like boys are asset to any nation but in India the discrimination existed for a long period & still we hear the cases of atrocities against them in Govt & non Govt bodies & even in their own homes. Heard more about a need to change the mentality about them but that won't work unless we change the system and procedures. Dowry can't be eradicated merely by anti dowry laws but force people to hold marriages under strict govt arrangements for all uniformly & dis allow the private arrangements.

સ્ત્રી ઓ નું રક્ષણ એ જ આપના દેશનું જતન કર્યું કહેવાશે.. : દેશની કોઈપણ જગ્યા (રાજ્યો, જીલ્લો કે શહેરો) જ્યાં પણ નારીજાતિ એ પછી નાની બાળક હોય કે વૃધ્ધ સ્ત્રી હોય..જ્યાં પણ અભધ્ર ચેન-ચાળા થતા હોય , ત્યાં તરત જ કાનુન પહોચે તે પેલા આપડે એક દેશના " મહાન નાગરિક " બનીને ફરજ નિભાવવી જોઈએ . -- નમસ્કાર --

we have to make the society safe for girl child... there should be jail term for girl infanticide.there should be special privileges given to girls going in for education..
