I want to ask you a question, Do you not aware about this? If yes than why you not speak on it. Government can promote girl child by making every girl independent and self reliant. May be in government schools the girl child can be given free education. Skill centres like tailoring, computer skills, nursing skills, etc can be opened for girl child to learn skills to enable her to get a job or be self employed. Government can also employ the girl child from the skill centres whenever required for govt hospitals etc.
