Hi, first of all - I am extremely grateful for this opportunity to share my personal views here. It really makes sense to invite people to share ideas and thoughts. I am very passionate about children because I believe, they are our future. And what we do today to them, is what we are doing to our future, our country and our planet. So, it only makes more sense to do the best for them.

If we take a example of joint family, why it came into existence, In gurukul all disciples were ask to go and collect "Biksha" and they submit it to the Guru (center) and the same was distributed among all. Irrespective of whether he was successful to get something his share was equal. He learned to be satisfied with whatever he is getting and had no negative feelings with others and this practise is the foundation of "joint family". Similar activities and practices need to be incorporated.

Moral values shall not be taught just by making them a part of curriculum of syllabus but it need to be practiced for entire education period. Its just like u cant learn riding bicycle by reading but by practicing. Education system need to be changed entirely from current scenario to focus making good humans and not getting good job. We all read in our school to always speak truth but we did not practiced it ever. Redesigning the education system is need now or it will be a society of animals.

Patriotism and ethical values are very important for a growing country and children are future of it. Teach Patriotism to EVERY small child using history, story books of Hindi and English from in such a way that it runs through their blood. They should learn and understand it and not just for giving papers Train EVERY child with ethics so they apply them not just mug up the topics and give papers. Ethics should be practiced and tested in different ways.

Very important issue which is absent in our education system is physical fittness, life saving skills, health awareness, knowledge about balanced diet, hygiene. In physical education they should be thought fighting & survival skills like soldiers, warriors so that they can face any situations like our great warriors like Maharana Pratap, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Jhansi ki Rani Laxmibai. I urge PM Shri Narendra Modiji to look seriously about this issue.

Nowadays when you walk on streets you see civic sense missing in people,Spitting on road, crossing the road without looking to your right OR left, coming from wrong side with high speed,Jumping signals,no respect towards each other. These are few examples of basic human values which need to be cultivated in students all over the country in all languages, right from childhood & need to be hammered often till they complete their graduation OR post graduation.
