We need to consider that begging today has became a business. Well-managed group of people are running such business. Rehabilitation can be a solution but not that sucessful as people dont want to live their. Its important to educate ourselve not to promote this business. When we wont encourage this, this business may come close to windup.

In My view point beggary can be eliminated by adopting a social approach with strong rehabilitation measure. Beggars can be rehabilitated in by providing them with some skills and backward and forward support so that they are mentally made stronger and economically sound.

- Major constraint in eliminating beggary is that at some places it's running like institution and some sort of haptas or commissions are also involved in this. - Beggary also involves human trafficking at some places so it should be eliminated first.

Whereas some work appears to have been done to control spread of Tobacco there is very little work done to control consumption of Alcohol.Alcohol is after all a drug.It is 100 times more dangerous than Tobacco as in addition to creating serious health problems for the person consuming alcohol it can also kills others .It invariably ruins the family .Best way to avoid effects of alcohol is to avoid the first peg itself. There is urgent need to educate the youth about ill effects of alcohol

After the 10 th std student should give his IQ test and it should compulsary to the school and there fathere and mother. Then the student will recogines, he will go for technical side of any other side. I had seen that so many bank clerk are science graduate, thou they should not be in banking. This should be streamline in early stage. If student want to change, he can change his side in 12th std. So it will be convientient to both. A technical person and non technical person registered in different manner. Then industry will choose them in early stage. Thanku very much.

First and foremost thing to eradicate beggary is to Stop giving alums to beggars, I repeat not to pay a single penny, for this, there should be enough advertisement in media, posters, and also to educate children in schools if required law may be framed. In India 70% beggars are healthy and fit to work so identifying their background they may be placed in suitable work force ie in agriculture, industry, in service sectors away from their home locations.Old and destitute are to be taken care of.
