dear sir , for manual scavenging the first step to be taken is the conversion of 14,00,000 bucket toilet seats into two pit toilet seats. 7,00,000 toilet seats are cleaned manually while the other 7,00,000 are cleaned by animal scavenging. the govt should stop this by enforcement of strict laws. to stop defecation on railway tracks. i suggest that whenever trains stop, containers be removed and put in an effluent treatment plant. It is possible.

Sir, I have a suggestion for Indian Railways. Request you to provide platform tickets as well on IRCTC website so that people do not have to be in queue at Railway Station to get the platform ticket in case they need to visit railway station to drop or receive someone at Railway Stations.

One thing that comes up in the top of my head a major constraint is defaming the good task for wooing vote bank and let the failures pass on to the good governance making hard to correct it just by creating obstacles or will full delays.. we need to fix the TAT for any action for which public suffers and has to this mental notion that our Indian system never change despite any govt.comes. I think when we are aware about our social rights more crearly and we know by whom , how and when we do it

The norms to establish manufacturing units in India for small enterprises with TO less than Rs 100 lacs per annum should be only t pay income tax and do business. All other formalities like registration with ROC, Excise, Sales Tax Service Tax should be abolished. Strict funding norms by FIII also should be eased out. This will provide them to produce a quality environment friendly safe cost advantage over large manufacturers and competition. India will flourish with make in India and employment

Training officials to be friendly with technology. We can connect departments with SAP ERP so for any such complaint being entered or any such action liable to be taken will be viewed by accountable officers having access in their domains to correct or henceforth. Everyone with their previledged permission can login , see , understand the grievience or problems and take quick action and save . When that person save his work in SAP we also have his login details which represents his accountabilit

Other in case of failures. When we see MNC how the work , I see how IT plays important role carrys input in fast action. I.e SAP implement ion . We should work on SAP and make attempts to create awareness and

Respected Prime Minister sir, I would like to bring it to your kind attention that we need to closely observe how our govt.department works. When I talk about observing it means who do it , how he does , what are the tools they use to take action and document the present scenario of doing such manual task . We also need to ensure that we fix the responsibily and accountability to an assigned person for suchcourse of action so that govt.officials do not shuv off their accountability to each othe

Unavailability of proper sewage network, unavailability of sufficient toilets at public places and along the road transport services, lack of infrastructure with public transport systems (like railway) & social untouchability are the main constraints.
