There should be proper amount of waste bins according to occupation in particular area. We ahould create then mohaala sabha to create awareness among people to dispose things properly. This can be then extended to village where we have to start with proper education regarding waste and its harmful effects.

We cant blame the people for dirt around. We need to provide proper methodology for disposal of waste such as waste bins. The waste been needs to be properly cleared in timely manner before it overflows and the waste cleared should be properly treated ao that its byproducts can be used. This requires a proper planning and execution. To start we can start with cities by aaking state govt to create waste treatment plants where can be treated and then making municipalities collect wastes in time.

The proposal of harsh punishment for drivers is bad move. Road safety has it's roots in indiscipline and diluted method to give License to drive to anyone. Corruption and State action to leave transport lobby and their drivers free to cause accident and run away, without participating in accident claims proceedings. 52% Vehicles are uninsured. Drivers licenses are reasons of anarchy. Make owner deposit Rs 1 lac with accident Tribunal for each accident and link Insurance premium as fuel levy.

Effective communication between our leaders and common people is vital for successful leaders. Corporate world discuss the importance of effective communication and spread the messaqge across all verticals. Our PM doing MAN KI BAAT with public is a great example. Similarly we all need to communicate with our family, society, relatives and organisation at large on continuous basis. We compliment our PM on this and wish him all the best so that all his dreams about India comes true..

Today morning while taking morning walk, I was pained to see lot of water bottles, soft drinks, chips packs and gutka bags. One side our PM initiated clean India drive and other side our friends are making common place like park so dirty. Even I didnot see any bucket I suggest MCD/ Coucillor should arrange display and basket for such waste so that people start throwing wastes into that. There should be garbage collection plastic buckets at each establishment ( shops or offices to be mandatory).

We must keep in mind importance of minimum mechanization & avoid mindless mechanization, contributing more to pollution, financial outgo etc. But at the same time, think of those scavengers- how degraded a life they have to live and how their healths are always at risk. THEY TOO ARE HUMANS, deserving DIGNITY. But, let each one of us examine how we go about dealing them. Cannot we think of simple mechanization methods to effectively uphold their dignity& provide jobs too? POSSIBLE?
