Today on 27th Nov I was watching zee news program DNA about the school bags I thank full for the Indian government who make this low. Altho I request to Namo sir that this low has to be follow by the school without any failure. I have 2 kids one Daughter and a Sone I observed that the child's are missing there child hood. आज जब हम डिजिटल इंडिया की बात करते हैं तो बिल भी कागजों पर प्रिंट क्यों किया जाये। किसी भी प्रकार का बिल क्यों न हो (बिजली,पानी, फोन आदि) उसका भुगतान भी डिजिटल तरीके से किया जा सकता हैं। सरल सा तरीका हैं, जो भी बिल हो उससे उपभोक्ता का आधार या बैंक अकाउंट लिंक कर दो। जब भी भुकतान की तिथी आएगी, ऑटो मोड में अकाउंट से पैसा कट जाएगा। पैसा कटने का संदेश व लिंक मोबाइल एवं मेल पर आ जायेगा। उपभोक्ता मेल से प्रिंट लेकर रख सकता हैं या डिजिटल तरीके से सेव कर सकता हैं।

एक साल में १२ महीने होते है यदि हर माह बिल ना देकर। छह माह या बारह माह में एक बार ही बिल दिया जाए और पूरे १२ माह या छह माह का पूरा विवरण उसमे अंकित हो तो ८० से ९० प्रतिसत पेपर की बचत होगी। तथा हर माह उस बिल का एसएमएस भेज दिया जाए।

उपाय:-
1.आज के दौर में हमारे पास बहुत सारे विकल्प है जैसे कि SMS द्वारा ,मोबाइल एप द्वारा, telicalling द्वारा सुचित किया जा सकता हैं।
2.इस के प्रोत्साह के लिए कंपनी को ऑफर देना चाहिए जैसे
जो पेपर बिल नही मंगाए गा उसको बिल में 5% कम भुगतान करना होगा आदि।
3. इस माध्यम से बिल समय से मिलेगा और भुगतान भी समय से होगा।
