Dear PM Sir.
I am retired Engineer from Railways. Its my experience that projects are sanctioned w/o enough spade work. It should be sanctioned for implementation only after obtaining statutory clearances by others arms of the Govt and Acquisitions of land. This will lead to speedier implementation of projects without cost over runs and reduction in contractual litigations.

In the infrastructure area they are huge gap in between skiiled manpower and manpower we have link all the skilled development programs with the industries directly either its govt or private. All the individual who are working have to have certificate of his trade and before warding to his appointment or wages he/she has to show his certificates. With this practice our budget for infra and skill development with be utilize in proper manner and we can explore more avenue.
