‘Innovate in India’ shall precede ‘Make in India’ for sustainable growth. Our engineers go and do research in other parts of the world benefiting those economies. Budgetary allocation of 50000 Cr to NRF is extremely encouraging! However, many more initiatives are required for this critical pillar of Nation’s growth. Premier institutes shall open dedicated Research Excellence Centres (REC), accountable for project-oriented deployment of funds. REC shall, in turn, be monitored by KPIs.

During the webinar, the panelists will share their ideas on improving pace and quality of infrastructure development, with focus on advanced technology, and attracting more investments in the sector.
This will be followed by two parallel breakout sessions involving discussions between senior officials of groups of ministries and cross-sectional experts to compile a list of implementable projects to fast-track implementation of the budget vision and draft an implementation roadmap.

Some relief measures can be provided to lift the most severely affected industry by COVID-19 .
Investments made by individuals in financial instruments like mutual funds, insurance, and so on entitle us to a 100 percent tax exemption.
