Sir, it is understood that you require funds to boost infrastructure. It is also understood that people who buy petrol can afford the extra amount for that. But this morning I met one Uber Driver this morning and understood that they are in great stress for the current rise in Diesel price. This must be case with numerous other poor people too, whose livelihoods are getting a hit due this rise in Diesel price. My earnest request is to strike a balance so that these people can get some relief.

This has to be dealt in more systematic approach to make projects successful. The higher the capacity of barge more problems will occur in summer. There could be possiblity of unloading at high seas into these barges if highly stable. The entire operations should be hassel free save fuel & time. This will lead to better use of our 7500km+ coastline. This needs to be spread out taking into consideration highways and cities to be approached and develop.
