Infrastructure sector is the cornerstone of the Indian economy and plays an important role in accelerating the growth of India’s overall development. The sector covers wide range of sub-groups namely power, roads, ports, railways, telecommunication amongst others. To implement an infrastructure program of large scale, the Government of India has launched National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) in 2019, wherein it has planned to invest about INR 102 lakh crores on infrastructure projects by 2024

Sir please exempt GST on purchase of new flat or house as because most of the purchares are belongs to middle class people. The central or state govt are providing free builted houses to poor and high rich persons are building duplex or independent houses as per their choices.
Remaining people are belongs to middle people only, who are not having shelter and living in rented houses years together if they want to purchase a flat, govt imposing GST instead of giving benefits.
So GST may be exempted

Human body has optimum arteries & veins for blood supply. Similarly to be a 10 trillion economy. We need to have infrastructure to move goods & passengers with least fuel cost. Every strategic Port for export & imports need to be connected in a planned manor.Port connectivity should be 6 lane, railways 4 lane minimum as a policy. Required land & forest clearence to be arranged by respective states on 24x7 basis to see things happen.Being a democratic country courts are approached - Contd -+

Infrastructure projects has just broken world record for 28km road in 24 hrs. Many more record's to be broken ! Railway projects are more important as it's more efficient compared to road transport. There is a generation mode in braking & gradients which makes it fuel efficient for tonnage moved.Tunnel boring with ultra high speed to complete projects with multi side boring to break records is very important to save fuel and time. With many mountainous terrain for fuel economy tunneling is a must.
