Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a webinar to detail a roadmap for effective implementation of the provisions of Union Budget 2021-22 in development of infrastructure. The panelists at the webinar shared their insights pertaining to improvement of quality of infrastructure; speeding up its development through advanced technology; and attraction of greater investment in the sector.

We seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on implementation of the finalized strategy for improved infrastructure development.

I'm a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering,1982 batch, worked in Larsen & Toubro for 27 years. My request is that like we maintain roads so that vehicles move smoothly, we must also maintain footpaths so that pedestrians can walk smoothly and feel like walking on them. At many places, footpaths are occupied by pan shops and other small shops so pedestrians have to walk on the road which hampers traffic movement and leads to accidents sometimes causing injuries to pedestrians.

We should encourage bicycle for local or short distance utilisation. It can save environment, save medical expenses, less road congestion, save foreign currency, make people healthy .

In Lucknow electric City buses are plying empty, no one cares to attract passenger or use these buses at places where they can be utilised optimum.

In uttarpradesh plantation is a joke. I have planted and cared more than 2000 trees in public places like parks and road dividers. Government claims of planting crores of tree saplings but govt.officials making plantation where trees are already grown up . In a garden thousands of planting done in the shade of trees. In an empty park I planted fruit trees, cared them , made enough large, one day Lucknow Nagar Nigam official came and cutted in the name of beautification. Sad work culture.

महाराष्ट्र में कोरोनावायरस पार्ट 2 दस्तक दे रहा है महाराष्ट्र से दिल्ली की ओर आने वाली गाड़ियों पर पाबंदी लगा और जाने वाली गाड़ियों पर भी मुंबई महाराष्ट्र से चलने वाली सभी गाड़ियों को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित करने की आवश्यकता है जय हिंद
