We can improve our infrastructure very efficiently of every indian is ready to face some livelihood issues for short period of time. This will help the work process fast. As labour rates are moderate in india we can hire more and more workers under private sectors under government and machinery could be improved to reduce the time required for builds. Therefore, This could help in processing work faster and proper which will help to update infrastructure of India in a good short span..

Regarding highways connecting to large cities ex.Mumbai Goa highway. I noticed some part of highway is 100% complete and some is 40% ,20%.This affects fully utilization of expenses as 100%completed part remain unutilized There should be more coordination in completion and deadline to be given partly completed work for 100%completion. For this highways to be devided into district and the responsibilito be fixed to each district head in that state with finance and supervision.

Empowering MSMEs: As an MSME Advisor, I notice that most of the SMALL BUSINESS owners have less of Strategic Thinking, they operate out of desperateness due to survival challenges hence we need to create a cluster to give them confidence, comfort with compassionate listening with the help of millions of professionals who can be aligned to contribute for the national building exercise as a volunteer. To compensate their effort and interest, they can be awarded and it help their profession too

However, for achieving this, the structure of the new DFI to be able to raise large scale low-cost funds will be vital. InvITs have a strong potential to attract long-term capital for investing in stable operational infrastructure assets providing a steady stream of cash flows over a longer tenure. the future path for achieving the NIP; the focus now on executing the same would be the key.

For meeting the increased credit requirement, it was crucial to augment the institutions providing credit to the sector. With the new DFI’s planned to extend Rs 5 lakh crore credit over the next three years, the credit availability to the sector can improve significantly. The NIP financing plan earlier had envisaged sourcing only 2-3 percent financing from a new DFI, which was lower than the plans indicated in the Union Budget.
