Respected Sir
I think we should concentrate on managing the water resources. I think we should prepare a clear Road map on this instead of building Dams we should divert the water flow at curtain level of River line to avoid floods at Himalayan terrain or at curtain border areas we can apply tunnel concept for this instead of increasing pressure on Dams. By this we can plan out water transport can distribute the flow water wherever there is requirement.

Dear PM Modiji,
The main Hurdle of our Economic Development is "CORRUPTION","CLEANLINESS","ENVIROMENT PROTECTION" and "JUDICIAL SYSTEM".
For Corruption, Please Modiji, Make a "Grading System" for Govt employees who works under Different Infrastructure Projects and Municipal Corporations. And Monitor them, at what interval they does their work. If Grading is Poor, there should be a criteria for Firing Govt Employees too. Only this way we can generate Fear among Lubbers.

Honorable members,
If we create such infrastructure that creates an economic activity then we have a model for growth. Ideally we should be looking at ways in which our districts become hub centers of economic activity. When one district booms then it will allow us to grow the entire region. Financial centers, entertainment, retail and shopping, tourism, health care, business centers, university township etc are all economy boosters

It would be wise to bring in all black money out and simply allow investment in infrastructure under a scheme rolled out for this purpose alone. Do not ask for source of income so that this assurance will lure all black money holding individuals to participate in the scheme. Just lay a pre condition that the scheme would run under private government partnership with mutually agreed percentages without government investing a single rupee. See the flow of black money after rolling out the scheme.

Dear honorable members,
It is well known that wealth gets wealth and similarly world class infrastructure at the district level will create a booming economy as more and more investors, businesses and entrepreneurs will choose their spaces. The country has to put a complete STOP to unplanned developments and unauthorized constructions as this is responsible for many civic problems including accessibility of emergency services. World class infrastructure will always attract global investors

Dear honorable members,
Sustained budgetary allocations are required to transform the urban areas throughout India. We have to understand that town and country planning has to be given top priority and development of modern infrastructure at every district headquarters is a prerequisite for 10 trillion dollar economy goals. The progress of the country depends upon how are cities are designed and developed as investors have many alternatives. To attract mega investments you need quality infra.
