In 2006, there was a initiative take by the Govt of AP in creating Jawahar Knowledge centre (JKC) These centre are nothing but collages, which give industry specific training (in information Technology) to the 3rd and 4th Year Engineering Graduate students and help then in getting job in IT. This program was very successful where more than 2K people got the job. Can this program be extended to different all streams of education in India

As per Kautaliya arthshastra Govt expenditure shouldn't be more than 10% of its revenue and we see it is almost 90% nowadays, leaving no room for any welfare activity. Every one speaks about changing laws etc but no one is saying on re-engineering of govt processes. Digitalization will bring benefit but it will be more beneficial if we re-engineer the process also. I think govt should constitute a body to improve a process.

Make Govt. Officials accountable and they should be punished for their wrong doing. ex. Campa Cola case where in residents are sufferers and BMC officials are benefited. Shame ! Shame !

There is no limit on Government Expenditure. Some influential officers create numerous Government posts which have no accountability and later becomes a liability on Government. There is no limit on use of fuel, telephones, electricity(on Air-conditioners) etc. The saving from these can be used for developmental works.

Govt. Itself is responsible for huge fiscal deficit. Few auggestions 1. Remove tax benefit on investment in house. Rich people take advantage of this to save tax and poor people can not afford to buy. 2. Increase ready reckoner price of flat. 3. Increase huge stamp duty to 20% if property is not for self consumption (all docs of owner should have same address) 4. Higher duty on basic commodities and then decrease as value addition happens. 5. Close to 0% tax when retailer sales to consumer.

Sir, with respect to 80C deduction, I feel this limit should be progressive just like income tax rate. If income is high then higher deductions to be allowed. So to claim additional deductions tax payer me show their other income to enter in next income slab to claim additional deductions.
