whenever our system is commutorised a strict and vigilant perusal and watch for the waste paper management is must.Hand written monitoring register should be abolished. this is because of violation and delay that will pave the the way for the corruption which will nullify the Manaement Expenditure

Allocation of funds for the needy expenditure should have been monitored through district collectors and sub-collectors data-wise register.Implementation of this expenditure infrastructure must be handed over to experienced talents and youth in all the fields through to generate Employment oppunrtunity to the needy younger generattion in all the fields.Government contracts should be handed over to un-employed youth in all the field which should have been monitored by the respective people

Dear Sir,The major areas are central excise and customs i.e.1.how many exporters deposited an amount for availing the benefit for the import of foreign machines are to be found out.excise duty violations are to be found out.In this regard whether informers should be informed promptly and timely.3.How many cases are being kept in abeyance because of political apprehension and an administrative apprehensions

Dear Sir, Tomorrow on 16.10.2014 The Russian Film Festival is going to be started at The Russian Culture Center,Firozshah Road,New Delhi.Russia is our old and strong friend.My suggestion is our Information & Broadcasting Ministry must give the instruction to show Russian movies dubbed in English in our cinema theaters and on TV channels as well.People of India will come to know about the rich culture of Russian people.Thank you.

श्री मान परम आदरणीय मोदी जी मेरा निवेदन है की सभी सरकारी कार्यालयों में आम नागरिकों के जो काम होते हैं जैसे जनम या मृत्यु परमान पत्र बनवाना या ड्राइविंग लाईसेंस बनवाना या अन्य सभी विभिन कार्य जो आम आदमी को सरकारी कार्यालयों से बनवाने होते हैं उनके लिए जिन भी औपचारिक कागजात की आवश्यकता होती है उनकी जानकारी के सुचना पट सम्बंध्तित कार्यालयों में लगवा दिए जाएँ ताकि आम नागरिकों को बार बार चक्कर लगाने से बचाया जा सके और जानकारी के आभाव से होने वाले भार्स्ताचार को रोक सकें आपका हार्दिक धन्यवाद

page 2 Mega projects like clean Ganga Project must be combination of smaller projects which could be commissioned in stages & thus can provide revenue/saving even before the entire project is commissioned. A Multispeciality hospital must make its pathology/radialogy functional much before entire hospital is commissioned. 8000 cr metro railway project should have atleast 16000 users per day for first 10 years, to achieve break even.Otherwise it will be a white elephant.

In our country majority of projects are political decisions. It is also said that sadly most of the politicians do not use their vision & Wisdom in right direction; as their contractor friends do not have competence. or As the contractor friends do not have competence,the govts take decisions which are profitable to contractors but useless to common public. Result is what we see today Project feasibility reports can be manipulated to advantage of vested interests....page 2

Railways has a huge Scrap mainly Metal,(avg 5 Tonnes left on open ground on each station), Rake containers and Cemented slabs, which could be sold and Use same money to expedite Pending Narrow Gauge Conversions. Privatize Second Class Ticketing. Connect Wild life Sanctuaries in Madhya Pradesh (Balaghat to Jabalpur and Mandla to Chindwara) with Broad Gauge Network to Enhance Tourism and Mining. Connect Heavy Industrial Cities in Gujarat and West MP(like Pithampur) with Railway to Improve FDI.

There are large number of Govt staff with no work to do. The commission should explore that area and it should set a standard for minimal appointment of staff and regulate their work

Sir if we people talking about development, do you realy think it is reached to evry man...lets we talk about finance commission...finance commission is only applicable on govt sector employees, whether he is rich or poor, but its not applicable to private sector emloyees..no doubt high level pvt sector employees get high remuneration as compare to other but what about the lower level employees...where they goes... So sir plz develop the finance commission in such a way that evry1 got benefit
