Jai hind sir, We appreciate our govt's many steps taken in your active leadership. Government's decision to scrape all obsolate statutes is impressive.But a major problem in this area is very expensive and never ending till many years process.A common always fear to fight any case in court,because of very expensive.They cannot hire a good lawyer for his case. Make new organisation for all people to suggest them irrespective of reservation class.Make it social,not a profit making organisation.

My expenditure management is simple and traditional. We must spend our single penny within our Total income. so we first regularise our Income . We implement new acts against it. I think 80% of the earners (more than the limit) not paid and submitted their taxes and returns vice versa. so we first modify the RR of it immediatley. second we must regularise sales tax and other taxes like the same way. One of the reasons why disinvestment is resisted is fear of privatisation. However, fiscal space can be created by selling shares of public sector companies ONLY TO GENERAL PUBLIC WITH A LOCK IN PERIOD and simultaneously increasing the retail quota and ensuring a special dividend ( at least equal to savings bank interest ) to these people during the period. this will ensure minimum resistance to disinvestment and thereby create funs to meet development needs.
