Every indian is proud of the various development schemes announced by our New Government recently. All these schemes are having long vision of developed India. We appriciate the vision of our beloved PM having dedicated vision for real development. For honest implementation we require timely watch of each scheme with dedicate partnership of every indian citizen. Though all these ideas of developments are also announced previously by one or the other but we failed to implement the same honestly & consistenly. I submit my personal suggestions as under, 1) As cherity starts from home we have to watch & confirm dedicated honest participation of our implementing agencies. 2) To stop / irredicate crruption all Government employees & politicians should be asked to give their assets detailed within 30 days & it should be put on website for every one to see. Any discripency be viewed seriously. 3) There is vast difference in our KATHNI & KARNI. The Govt department employees starting the mission himself dnt follow the ideal ways. For example, Electricity is wasted in the offices of Electricity Board's itself, similarly water is wasted. The Head of the department be held responsible for strict implementation to stop national wastage. 4) Expenditure incured for one scheme (Road, severage, water line etc ) is repeted due to bad quality of work carried out. Officials be made responsible & action be iniciated for improper quality. 5) Decision / action / diposal of public grivinces etc process be made fast by implementing TIME BOUND PROGRAM. It is relexed by the depatments as all are having joint partnership & hesite to iniciate action against the partners. 6) Attendence & movements of Govt employees be made biomentric as officials are not honest for their duties. This will help fast implementation /action. 7) Govt bodies (Municiple Board, Corporation..) be asked to give their action reports for national programmes. There is lot to say. I will be happy to participate in any development programme of Nation. R.S.Sarda

The other illness is the black money. Empower the IT department to collect all the details of where black money is. Give people a deadline with a full pardon if they come up and pay a 30% tax on the balck money and they will be let go without any prosecution. If they fail to pay before the deadline then any unaccounted money will be taken by the government. Change the rules that if black money is found don't ask people to pay tax and penalties but take over the whole money as property of govt.

Corrupt officer, Bribery and Black money is what is threatening to engulf india into chaos. The reason why bribery thrives is both the giver and reciever are punished by the law. People usually fall to the bribery because they are the losers when they don't pay the bribe. So change the law only the one who gets the bribe will be punished. If you can do that then nobody will be willing to get a bribe. When there is no one to get the bribe the cycle will be broken for good.

Disposal of scrap is very high problems in Government Organization. All the government departments are filled with Old Inventory Items and not any proper time schedule is fixed for the disposal of useless Items. So there should be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly disposal program to be fixed and report of useless inventory should be noted for proper and fast disposal dumped in every office and department. Strict rules and Inspection by separate department is must to solve this one.

The corrupt Officers of the Government Organization do not want to implement dress code within their Organization. In Ordnance Factory Board Under ministry of Defence, in Ordnance Factories proposals for dress code is Pending since Last decade. Officers do not like to ware Dress/Uniforms. Discipline is the need of time in all the Organization of Government of India. Discipline is must for development of a country. But some officers think to be more free and do not like to be responsible.

To develop work culture, dress code is must in all the organization under the Central and state Government. Dress code prevent persons to be corrupt. Person in dress can be Identify easily to contact for particular work. Person in dress can not escape in public. There may be sum expense to buy or purchase dress for every Government employee but its benefits will be very high. dress code will develop spirit of Unity, Equality and Identity. I will support to improve work culture very fast.

Only corrupt officers, lax work culture and commission from purchasing is the reason of delay. Make Autonomous, fix responsibility and punish hard and fast

Hi Modi Ji If we create one platform for all payments then we can get revenue faster say one person bus a car at 5 lacs then the service tax should be transferred on line to govt .so if you buy any product by credit card or debit card or by cash any trader should use the system then we will be a rich country because most of the purchases are by cash and service tax is not collected optimally. This way we can reduce the cost of Tax collections and data for economic foresting is easy

Hi Modi Ji We have to use analytic s to arrive at the purchasing point for any product by any department. so we have to create a national library of competitive prices in our data base and for example if one govt dept orders 10 fans for Rs 5000 each where the national average is 2000 approx then the system should triger an alarm and stop the procurement .We should have only online tendering and approval process. Comparison of prices has to scientific in nature and vendor management has to good.
