I would like to suggest that whenever any citizen pays any service tax, VAT, entertainment etc, should able to verify by some means that the tax paid by an individual has reach in the government treasury e.g. I had dinner in a restaurant or in a hotel and paid taxes or on a purchase of any product, The product/receipt of the same should contain some number through which citizen should able to know through SMS or website that the money taken as tax has been deposited in the government treasury.

We should have some kind of preferences for the family which has 2 or less kids, the preferences could be like:kids will have benefits in some scheme, education, govt policies. It will encourage ppl to have smaller families. But no restriction in having more than 2 kids, if we put restrictions, then we will become China.Another important point:we should announce this scheme from some future date(so thatppl can plan) say from 2016 onwards if somebody is having 3rd kid, they will loose these benefits

I have spent my early life in Uttrakhand where most ppl are in defense.I have seen ppl misusing defense canteen very badly. All the neighbors ask defense ppl to get buy stuff for them. Also sometime ppl get it on discounted price and then sell it in open market with some profit. There should be some other alternative way to stop this misuse, like giving one more salary component to defense ppl rather than this canteen facility. It will save huge money and can be utilized in modernizing defense.

The work of Income Tax Department is being done by the Banks. This should stop. People fear approaching Banks for fear of Tax Deduction etc., If the Government feels that it is short of funds it goes to the market. WHY ??? There is lot of money floating in the market but does not come to the Government for fear of TAX. This clause of Income Tax or TDS should be completely removed from the Banks and you will see that the Banks will be flush of funds. LET THE TAX DEPARTMENT DO ITS WORK not BANKS.

Govt needs to remove this LTA rule in income tax where an individual has to submit travel bills, hotel bills. most of the taxi services in india doesn't give bills. now a days u get train ticket on mobiles. so most people create fake bills to claim LTA. this increase corruptions. if we calculate an individual travels more than the limit of LTA in a financial year but difficult to claim. Can't the govt just give the prescribed LTA amount tax free to make the system more corruption free.

Government should govern only i.e. to frame schemes, policies and norms and act as a regulatory authority. No Govt Deptt. should undertake works but the work should be got done through public- pvt participation under overall supervision of the Gram Sabhas. Local Bodies should be given funds directly to utilise the funds in accordance with their requirements with the approval of Gram Sabha or Ward Sabha.

All payments to be centralised. Budgeted Funds should not be transferred to State Governments instead payment should be made at district level through cheques with joint signature of Central and District. All procedures - approval of project through all levels and for execution, supervision, bills passing - for the time being be the existing. Centralised payment system does not allow diversion, misuse of funds at state levels. Now the technology allows that anywhere any time payment can be.
