Respected sir/madam, I have some suggestion. Please select these, if these are effective.
1.Every work of all group employees should be audio-video recorded. 2.There is a need to create a portal for the lower level employees to present their genuine grievances as compared to the higher level employees. 3.Incentive money should be based on profit margins. 4.The norms should be relaxed to some extent to maximize demand for goods.
