A wholesome consultation paper on City GDP Measurement Framework covering all aspects extensively and in detail. My suggestion is that there may be separate records of GDP measurements be maintained for Cities under categories of Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3. This will be useful information for various stakeholders serving multiple purposes. Separate GDP measurement records will help in analysis, planning for budget allocation, etc. It will help to make priorities for planning on various aspects.

The gdp contribution of all the mca registered companies should be analyzed by the information provided by them by maintaining a different database for that and if information provided is insufficient then urgent updation of required documents must be asked.
Now for the company which are not registered in mca should be surveyed precisely and asked to get registered in mca otherwise their licence should be cancelled . This can also be done by advertisement on tv,radio etc hence saving manpower.

All individual working efforts should be include in city GDP. if we see italy daily worker monitor card they first allow to person register in nearby municipal corporation than allow to leave in particular city for rent etc. they will collect all the information of worker where they work, what they are working. form that data they will reflect in city GDP. we can also try the same in indian cities
