By relaxing age limits, many people read the books that promotes literacy and helps in ease in governance. The respective authorities may be moved ,as UPSC has announced their exam schedule, to relax the upper age limit for this time itself. If an announcement is made to that effect sales of all the related books of this exams will shoot up without fail.

Good morning sir, in my opinion relaxing upper age limit to all the UPSC and state level exams but with a restriction on job offers is the best way to promote reading habit in public. Many people during their youth might not have studied due to their families ‘demands for financial support. At an advanced age, they may have the quest to test their knowledge and these are the best platforms to test it. By relaxing age limits, many people read the books that promotes literacy and helps in ease in

Good morning sir, The best way to promote reading books is to relax the upper age lmit of all the exams including UPSC, with an upper age limit for employability. More and more books would be read for knowledge by many people.

Good morning sir, In my view, the best way to promote reading is by making all exams of UPSC and state level open to all ages, with a restriction on age for employment. Examples are TOEFL , GRE and IELTS which are open to all ages. This promotes knowledge seekers to read and get knowledge of our constitution and governance. This makes people more literate and government more powerful. Such persons may be used as a moral representatives in easing the government to work smoothly.
