The smart city should give information on free facilities (services) available to the people of city and others. The free services could be offered by various organizations, social clubs, hospitals, trusts, individuals or government organizations. This information should be displayed on a website. The objective of this exercise is that, the citizens, especially people who are economically weak, can avail the facilities freely available in the city.
