Pasighat has great natural beauty that makes it a perfect tourist destination. Tourism should be the main focus of Pasighat. It stands to become a great place to unwind and go away for weekend getaways. Hotels and B&B should be developed for making Pasighat the next tourist destination.

Traffic system needs to be implemented very strictly and I think it would be better if the three wheeler autos (called Vikram) in Pasighat are fined heavily for every time they break rules and rash drive with over load.

First Remove basic problems like All the dust blowing around pasighat choking everyone and removing Railway crossing, then think about making Pasighat as a Smart City.
