The policy of urbanisation and smart cities to be reviewed.Do we need smart cities.Better we make our villages/semi-urban areas smart.Urbanisations has led to high real estate and cost of living, resulting in high salaries in cities which has led to high production cost and some of our services like call centres ,already gone to low cost destinations like Philipines, with smart cities & planned dense development real estate prices will spike and India product and services may become uncompetitive

V.Matram Modi Ji,
The fall in pulses prices, due to demonetization has again proved that the abnormal hike was due to hoarding/black-marketing of pulses, as no major rise in their demand has occurred. Liquor sale dropped, & a fall in crime rate is observed after Nov. 8th. As the nation moves towards a c'less economy, a disc'ned, poor-friendly society will emerge, widening the tax-net, & lower tax rates. Even in Samudra Manthan, deadly poison/inconvenience was obtained before Sweet Nectar/Amrit.
