Respected sir,We need to introduce a concept of 'education credit'. It is an amount equal to the average cost incurred in teaching a child in the privately run Govt. schools. This education credit is made available to every child. The child can either avail of the education by exchanging this credit in the Govt. owned and private operated school, or cash this portion against the fees and other costs incurred by them in a completely private school.

2G Radio must be abandoned in cities
as most of them got migrated to 3G
The spectrum has to be converted to 3g/2G compatible.
Until 2G is fully abandoned,
both should work in each channel of the spectrum.
2G is too old and can be chopped off the cities.
2G should operate inside 3G OR
3G should operate inside 2G etc.
We need to use all the bands
of 2G for 3G
That is when we get the data out faster.
Kindly do the needful.

as the govt staffs unless there is no riswath in govt unless this is abolished. there should be no hike in salary the increased salary should keep them accountable. this should be from CMD level all the govt staff should declare every financial year by an affidavit stating they don't have ill gotten money with them then only after retirement they should get pension.

Sir, in coming railway budget, instead of focusing on more trains on already well established routes, v should plan d project in the border areas of J&K, NorthEeast, etc to counter China. If for 1 or 2 yrs there is no additional trains on central of southern India, it will not make any impact of the life of people, but if the same amt is invested in the developing railway infrastructure in border areas, the life of people living there will improve a lot & our national security will also improve.
