An Idea Sirji... Why don't we plan for plant registration from the owners... the minimum number and maximum number of plantation.... Reward points or Awards scheme as per survey the plant owners.... Each plant should have unique Number of identification of ownership.... Per year or in some duration of time the plant owners should get some benifit in form of monetary assistance or rewarded as per govt. policies... Hope can be implemented...
