समस्या सबको दिखते हुए भी न दिखे तो क्या समाधान होगा। बड़े बड़े नालों के द्वारा सालों से गंदगी नदियों में बहाई जा रही है। यह ऐसी समस्या नहीं है जिस पर मंथन करने की आवश्यकता है। यह समस्या ऐसी भी नहीं है जिस के लिए समाधान उपलब्ध नहीं है। प्रोजेक्ट भी चलाये गए। सब आधा अधूरा काम हुआ है। इच्छा शक्ति की आवश्यकता है। जब मोदी नहीं कर पाए तो और अब कौन कर सकेगा?
