50% of landfills and garbage forms because of plastic bags, waste material like kitchen waste and other kind of soluble items don't get mixed with soils because they are being packed in poly bags 5. Most of the plastic bags directly go to sea and pollute it.already a part of sea as large as a continent, became a plastic poisonous patch area near pacific sea.

Manual scavengeing can be stopped by not alloting cleaning work of city/town/villages to a specific caste.Gov. should encourage qualified private companies who have proper tool, mechinery and skill man power and tender cleaning and other associate works by comptitive bidding .it will clean India and indian sociaty and end manual scavenging as lots of easy and simple, and cheap technology avail in market and used in many nationa efficiently and effectively and save lots of time.

Dear Sir , Swacch Bharat is wonderful initiative but we need to formulate some study in minimizing the waste generation:- 1: Identify the top 10 cities which generates the maximum waste. 2: Start charging the wastes generated by big shopping malls if it increases the x kilos per day.3: As we have rain harvesting , every apartment more than 300+ houses and shopping malls should have waste management system for getting the licence. 4: Creating mobile app for tracking of waste
