friend I have a question that is strucking my mind since last 6 month, my elder bro is handicap by both legs and arms, he appeared for the exam of group d in Rrb Wr, Mumbai and passed the same with good grades, but he is recently rejected by railway board giving the reason that he is handicap by both legs and arms, my question to u and modi govt is '' if this is the justice given by u and your govt to handicap person,who are generally very helpless?'' if it is crime of that handicap child that he don't have 2 lags and arms in proper conduction. today all are running behind money and business, if social responsibility have no values in politicians life? I don't know how much senior beurocrats, railway personnel are connected to this site but its my humble request to u to call me on 8855913550 if u have any solution for the sake of a handicap person in the era of capitalization

I think Government jobs already have reservation. However, reservation is not only solution. Motivating private companies to employ physically disabled people. Motivation may come in form of relief on tax or special consideration for industry set up etc??

it goes wrong is that there can be many people in the open category who cannot afford the fee (₹59,890) and the reserved who have enough money and are financially stronger. How can caste decide how much fee should be taken????? I was shocked to hear that our government has asked state funded institutes to refund a particular amount of the fee to the reserved category students who had taken admission before the new fee structure was presented by the government. This is not the only shock I got... The SC ST and NT category students in my college (supposed to be in the top 2 in maharashrta) got a refund of ₹42,000 out of the ₹46,000 they had earlier paid. Which means that their fee per year for engineering is ₹4000.

My uncle(mausa Ji) got brain haemorrhage attack 2 days back.he was in a private job with no insurance or job security. He survived but doctors say that he will never be able to work. He has 2 daughters one in class xii and other in class x. Elder daughter will be going to college now and other in class xi. Now he has zero income and zero saving. Is there any govt scheme which can help them generate income for their livelihood and study of children?
