My handicapped brother in law in Lucknow requested a wheelchair from me in Canada. The wheelchairs manufactured in Indian were apparently heavy/prone to breakdown. I send him a lightweight composite material foldable wheelchair from here. Sir, we must provide world class standard equipment to our Specially-abled. We need not look beyond our borders for this need.

Sir, try to build up a data base of all specially abled in different occupations and create opportunities to expand their circle for mutual benefit.

large number of quasi judicial, regulatory bodies, attached to all central ministries, have come into existence during last 20 years, which are actually RE-SETTLEMENT HOMES FOR RETIRED BUREAUCRATS AND JUDGES. but in all these bodies, the PWD Act 1995, in so far as 3% reservation in appointments of members/chairpersons are concerned, is not being implemented. Why Honble PM is not taking any action against all such defaulting secretaries/AS/JS ? whether anyone in mygov.nic.in will do something ?

महोदय प्रकृति ने सभी धर्म और जाति के लोगो को एकसा ही शरीर और दिमाग प्रदान किया है फिर उनको आरक्षण क्यों दिया जाता है। मगर जिस विकलांग के साथ प्रकृति ने न इंसाफी की है उसको उचित आरक्षण नहीं मिलता ।सर मेरा मानना है देश ने अगर 5%विकलांग है तो उन्हें कम से कम शिक्षा और नौकरियों में 7.5% आरक्षण मिलना चाहिए ।क्योंकि आरक्षण पर पहला अधिकार सिर्फ विकलांगो का है ।विकलांग जो भी काम अपने शरीर से कर सकते है उसी में उनको वरीयता मिलनी चाहिए ।

Sir, Physically challenged and mentally challenged people are required to obtain handicap certificate and certificate (11A) for getting income tax rebate or getting special rate in railways etc. these certificates are issued only by certain doctors of certain rank in Govt Hospitals . This process in best cases take atleast whole day under very tough conditions. These special children and their guardians are required to wait in these hospitals. Please allow any MD doctor to give these certificat
