Equal Employment Opportunities can be seen and created in banking sectors , Indian Railways and education sectors. But apart from this we should try and make a better working place for these Specially abled people. The main idea behind this is to make them feel comfortable and one of us when we are at our working place.Promote their constructive talent and provide special trainings if required to uplift their moral. There should be a primary counselor for them at workplaces.

Equal employee opportunity is possible where they fit for the particular position.this depends on the particuar person and the particuar position.there should not be any biased for anyone.we must take care of the specially abled and they should get their proper right. If required we should uplift their skill and give them proper opportunity to grow.

Hello, have been reading about child abuse in schools and transport a national concern. I think one practical change is to employ women drivers for school buses, autos and small vehicles to transport children safely. The attendant should also be a woman. It would be an added benefit if they are trained in basic safety and martial or any self defence arts. Besides every girl child be encouraged to learn fitness and self defence from the primary level in schools & taught by women trainers.

Dear PM, It is well known that unmarried and non-working daughters get pension of their father on his death. Moreover, new policies are framed for their upliftment. But sadly I sons don't get it. i understand the reason very well. But kindly make a provision for transfer of pension to those sons who are diffirently abled and invalid. Already they suffer lot of humiliation from society and if they are not financially supported then one can imagine how badly they will be treated.

The rapes are taken place mainly in the rural areas of India. Small kids are getting rape. What happened to India? Why you are silent on this matter? Please do something for this, if this is proper India will automatically develop itself. Dear prime minister you need to take some actions to save girls, before people take the law in their hands. Thank you.
