They all have talent in some areas and professions, they should be guided in such a way that they can give maximum output with their limitations. I have worked in UK as support worker for those who need special. From my experience in UK I realized that they can grow like normal people if they are given opportunities. He is able to read, write and do maths to a very limited extent but problem with most autistic persons is they are poor at comprehension and trading which is a livelihood skill. therefore, my request is that for Autistic persons before generating employ-ability opportunities they should first be skilled in basic livelihood skills.
