Dear PM Sir, To make the Clean India movement more effective, I feel its necessary to provide basic facilities by the Municipal Corporation of collecting & disposing the garbage on daily basis, People are keen to live a clean & healthy life, but the local governance should be more effective. Its not happening, There should be more bins, more force to dispose the garbage & convert that waste into energy, may be electricity, as its being done in Delhi. More stringent & effective action required.
