The integration of the spastic into community depends largely on the initiatives the family takes. Families, especially in rural areas and lower income groups, are not able to do much for the Cerebral Palsied. But for a middle class child, it is only commitment from the family that is important. Help is available in terms of special schools and government concessions. Extended families and hired domestic help can relieve the stress on the primary care givers – the parents of the child.

Employment Opportunities The Indian government reserves 3% of its jobs for handicapped people. There is a ten-year age relaxation for applying for these jobs. The National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation, under the Union Ministry of Welfare, offers loans at concessional rates for the handicapped. The Department of Telecommunications allots phone booth licences on a preferential basis to handicapped people. The handicapped and their families can get tax deductions on Income.

My View. 1) Providing complete free higher education. 2) According to our Govt. 3% reservation in employment. find out the number of places(3%) in both Govt and Private sectors. 3)Competition such as exams and interview is conduct only among specially-abled persons (by doing this, they maynot loose their self-confidence) LAST BUT NOT LEAST Creating an awareness about their vacancies, because such job recruitments information doesn't reach those people before the recruitment date or exam.

THERE SHOULD BE A DAY IN A WEEK FOR THE CHILDREN TO LEARN DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES IN SCHOOL SO THAT THEY BECOME ACTIVE BUT IN SCHOOLS YOU CAN EITHER LEARN DANCE OR DRAWING ONLY IN ONE PERIOD.IF THE STUDENT IS INTERESTED IN THE BOTH THINGS HE OR SHE CANNOT DEVELOP IN BOTH.I WOULD CONCLUDE THAT SATURDAY SHOULD BE A DAY IN WHICH STUDENTS CAN LEARN ALL THE ACTIVITIES.
