I feel the government should initiate transport service in terms of Cabs, Ambulance in collaboration with private played at nominal cost for senior citizens, handicapped person and pregnant ladies to help facilitate them commute to their desired destination within city.

i strongly believe that the specially-abled should be provided with a boost to increase their opportunities to gain employment and be useful in society. a way this could be achieved is for the government to give employers an incentive by contributing 20-25% of the wages.

Specific National Accounts should be created headed by PM and should be announced in media publically for awareness so that people can directly donate their choice of amount (e.g. National Child Education,National Account for differently abled people,National Defence Account ,National Acount for flood effected states etc).FACT is that working people can easily donate online but to manually come forward is a bit difficult for them. It is advisable to start a distress alert telephone number. A person in need has to only dial (miss call) the distress call number and help will reach to caller location. To avail this facility, caller number should be pre-registered with help center to avoid hoax calls. Same facility can be used for Senior citizen living alone in the city.

Minimum expenditure on Governance and Maximum expenditure on Governed should be the aim of any Government. There are many ways to reduce expenditure provided political will exists. Why big bunglaws to MPs, Civil Service Officers and other beaurocrats,. why not multi storeyed flats.instead. Likewise many other facilities needs to be reviewed.

In urban planning multi storey culture should be encouraged specially in big cities so as to save cultivable land. Also the construction period on allotted land/plot should be restricted to 3-5 years from the date of allotment. One more thing that the lease money charges can be equalled for all the states and these should be kept minimum around 3% to encourage maximum lease deeds and minimise black money rise.

My son 38 years old is having severe disability in his ears. He is using hearing aids since his childhood as suggested by the Doctors. He did his graduation in arts and post graduation in MSW(Master of Social Work). However he could not found any job in any Govt Dept. He has been working in NGOs on a paltry salary since then. Last month he lost the job also. I am a retired person and could not do any thing for him till now. What will he do without a job at this young age. Depressed are we all.
