Specially abled technically means the handicapped with special skills - but in a broader context can encompass those people too who have been disabled by natural calamities- like UttraKhand, Kashmir and Vizag. Today you have made a special visit to Kashmir to understand the suffering of the people affected by the floods. However direct contact did not happen .It is imperative for your office to GET people in batches to Delhi to interact with them and assure them that their voices will be heard.

To gain a qualification we need to put 10 times greater effort than any normal person. Then why we should compete again to get the job. Please bring schemes to educate the handicapped free of cost. Please see that the schemes reach to all disabled without any struggle. You need not create any employment opportunities for disabled people. You educate them by bearing the cost and give the existing jobs to them based on their qualification through direct employment.
