the blind person should not remorse on their birth and they must not become the part of trafficking.it is really unfortunate for our society.the ratio of abled person is not too much so we can easily overcome on this issue. Our point should be that they get a better life ,better job instead of doing politics that they should get EEopp. we should contrive on that they get job regarding their ability and get a respectful life.

There have few physical job which won't allow them in EEOpp. according to my perception we need to first focus on following point:- 1-categorise the abled person. 2-according to the % of disability we need provide them scholarship . 3-The Gov.will need to take survey that what type of job they can do without more harassment . 4-This is the most important point that the Gov.should take spacial care of blind person at least they should get three time of meal

Initiatives like compulsory reservation in all government and private jobs including prestigious jobs would act as great catalyst in ensuring empowerment of all specially abled ones. However passing of rights of person with disability bill 2014 which includes new disabilities would also ensure jobs to newer disabled population. All these initiatives will end discrimination that is often practised in employment sector.

There is a must need of equal opportunities for every citizen. Specially abled should be taken as general people, so that they can give their best being a normal one. Sometimes extra care makes them feel low.

Our constitution assures every citizen equal employment oppurtunities without discrimination.Specially abled people are often denied access to lucrative jobs which require high intellect and greater knowledge.Inspite of possessing immense talent and calibre, prestigious jobs like IAS are denied to specially abled individuals like physically challenged, disabled like thalassaemics thus rendering injustice to their talents.Reservation in government jobs including civil services is good initiative
