PM sir, I just want to know if you have something for Physically Challenged drivers in new MVH Act, drafted by Shri Gadkari ji? Its next to impossible to get Invalid Carriage License from RTO's and most of the Handicap drivers are without Driving Licenses. I am disable person and driving a modified car, but now I am fearing that it will be impossible for drivers like me to drive modified vehicles for their living. I want to discuss more on this with Govt., kindly give a moment to this issue.

very often the specially abled and their care givers, schools and authorities are not aware of the rules that are applied to them. these should be repeatedly uploaded, updated and circulated among public/schools and authorities. i deal with people with hearing handicap. the process of getting a hearing handicap certificate is difficult y and people i have to go from one place to another. this should also be streamlined at the same time possibility of spurious certificate should be eliminated.

As we know that the Government of Gujarat has reserved some seats in S.T.buses for special people. From them one is for M.L.A.s and one for the Freedom- fighters. These two seats are, I think , never used for that purpose by them as the M.L.A.s don 't need or use that reserved seat.So it is our kind request to you that these seats should be made reserved for physically handicapped persons or blind people. So these people will get some short of relief while travelling.

Autism awareness is very much need of the hour.Unless common public knows what is condition is they would not be able to respond to someone in need.Physical disability evokes empathy whereas often mental disability triggers contempt!Strange but true.We should realise we are all temporarily able who knows by accident ,aging or disease when someone gets into the disabled category. What about a section of govt.focusing on vocational training for disabled as they can be really focussed and honest !
